Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data: GPS coordinates, speed, altitude, and route information collected only during active trip recording. We do not track your location in the background when a trip is not active.
• Trip Data: Duration, distance, speed metrics, and driving behavior patterns derived from GPS data during recorded trips.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting.

Information from Third Parties

• Purchase Information: Subscription and credit purchase records processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

• To provide trip scoring, tracking, and performance analytics.
• To operate the global leaderboard and ranking system.
• To generate AI-powered vehicle modifications through the ModCar feature.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Leaderboard: Your username, trip scores, and performance metrics are displayed on the public leaderboard visible to other users.
• AI Processing: Vehicle images submitted to the ModCar feature are sent to our AI processing service (Google Gemini) to generate modifications. These images are processed and are not retained by the AI service beyond the generation session.
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party services that help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, error reporting).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and trip data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Anonymous, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

• Location Access: You can disable location permissions at any time through your device settings. The trip tracking feature will not function without location access.

The App is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 17, we will take steps to delete that information.
